  • Is Kratom Legal?
    Kratom is legal to sell and have possession of in most countries, including the USA and Canada. It has not been approved for human consumption by the FDA or Health Canada, reason being Big Pharma is in the process of patenting the main alkaloid.
  • Is Kratom Safe?
    Kratom is about as safe as coffee. Abuse of any substance will have ill effects. There have been no injuries or fatalities linked to kratom. Some statistics have linked very few deaths to kratom, but every case people were using a concoction of other drugs. To be safe: Use caution when mixing kratom with other drugs. The media and “official” health sites often make kratom use seem risky, but most of it is misinformation. Regular users of Kratom should monitor their kidney and liver, especially if using drugs like alcohol frequently which effect such organs. It has reported that people on Methadone should not use Kratom due to liver concerns.
  • What are the Side Effects?
    The most common side effects of kratom are itching and nausea. It is common when you go beyond your limit to vomit. So, go easy until you know your dosage. Heavy users may experience some constipation. There are very little-known negative side effects of using Kratom.
  • Is Kratom Addictive?
    You can gain a dependency on any substance, but kratom is not very addictive compared to most drugs. Users may experience some withdrawal symptoms if using regularly. For most users this is mild, like breaking a coffee addiction. Some with drawl symptoms may include; fatigue, sneezing, depression and mussel aches and normally peak after 3-4 days lasting no more than a week. Easing off will greatly reduce the with drawl.
